Im Auftrag der Sportplatz Gesellschaft für Eventmarketing GmbH übernahm ich im Sommer 2022 die Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung eines Sommerfestes für die Mitarbeitenden der Firma Rügenwalder Mühle und ihre Familien. Für die Verantwortlichen bei Rügenwalder bedeutete dies eine Ansprechpartnerin für alle Themen und die Gewissheit, gehört und verstanden zu werden.
On the first weekend in July, after the long pandemic period, the aim was to finally celebrate together again and strengthen the team spirit between the many new and old employees. The management of Rügenwalder Mühle thanked the total of 1,200 visitors for their commitment with a party from the afternoon until late at night.
To create a cozy atmosphere, we used sun sails in different sizes instead of the old familiar pagodas and tents, giving the meadow around the Rügenwalder Mühle a summery look. In the evening, we hosted a big party with DJs under a customised 15 x 30m sail. During the day there were various activities for children, many different food stands and an entertaining stage program for young & old.
Within the framework of jazzahead!, the leading international trade fair for the jazz industry with an associated festival, the annual jazzahead! CLUBNIGHT takes place in Bremen. More than 30 venues turn to clubs for this one night, making Bremen an incredible jazz hub.
In 2023, I was the mainly responsible for the realization of 3 of jazzahead! 's own concerts and took over the on-site production management during day and night.
A temporary structure, art in public spaces, and a diverse music and cultural program: that was Open Space 2021 at Domshof Bremen.
Initiated by the Bremen Senator for Economic Affairs, Labor and Europe and in cooperation with the Bremen University of the Arts (HfK), 85 concerts, 13 art exhibitions by HfK Bremen and many other cultural and educational events were realized in and around the building on Domshof in the summer of 2021.
A modern three-storey building with extraordinary stairwell construction was the base for not only a large stage and a roof terrace, but also a gallery for students of HfK.
The stage program ranged from concerts of classical music by students of the HfK's Department of Music to choral and pop music, readings, DJ evenings, theater performances, fashion shows and five 'theme days' with different focuses. Various collaborations with Bremen's art and culture professionals ensured far-reaching visibility - even beyond the borders of Bremen.
It was not without reason that the project was awarded a Gold and Silver Nail at the renowned Art Directors Club (ADC) competition.
From 2014 to 2020, I was the senior project manager at JOKMOK & LITE LIFE GmbH for the trade fair presence of Dutch toy manufacturer and distributor BOTI Europe B.V. .
In collaboration with a stand building company we designed a booth matching the budget of our client as well as the requirements of the fair. Our eyes were set on the optimal presentation of their own brands and their licenses.
Support the municipality Stuhr with planning and implementation of the festivities for the Day of Urban Development, an information day on the planned redevelopment of the town center in Stuhr with a colorful supporting program.

Preparation of a comprehensive target group study in Berlin, Bremen and Munich. Based on this, conception of various events and promotion campaigns for the target group of tourists. Organization of a feel box promotion with sex toys and great raffles in two cities over a period of 2 months.

Open Door Day 2016 at the shipyard with a tour of the workshops, food stands, supporting program and ship christening, followed by an employee party in a shipyard hall for 600 people.

Open Door Day 2019 at the Bremen Landfill for the 50th anniversary, designed for 10,000 people with 2 stages, infotainment offers, rally, food stands and fun game activities.

From 2014 to 2020, conception and organization of roadshows throughout the year and trade fair presence at gamescom and SPIEL Essen for the trading card game Yu-Gi-Oh!

Participation in the design of a special sales event tailored to each key account. Instead a an event for everyone we came up with the idea of creating homely atmosphere on a house boat for each client separately. Gimmicks and details customised according to the promoted films and different clients put each company in their own spotlight.
