I have worked in the industry for more than two decades and in combination with my vast network you get the advantage of communicating with me alone, and I handle everything else for you. This way, you have more time for other things, but can fully rely on a professional implementation.

My main competences are coming up with fresh ideas, efficient communication with all affiliated people, and support in the governmental approval processes.

Since I'm neither nobody's fool nor ever at a loss of words, I gather my large network of experienced event-enthusiasts in Bremen, Germany and across Europe to help me with anything apart from project management.

Project Management

I handle the complete organisation of your event, or you commission me with individual parts of the process. Still, you're always in control due to regular meetings with me! Whether it's a company party, public event or team building event, I look forward to working with you as a team!

Production

Finally, I take care of the whole set-up and production on-site and ensure a smooth process. You can sit back and fully enjoy the event. You are an event agency, the event is just around the corner, you have planned everything meticulously and with attention to detail .... and now the project management is sick? Our Summer Party 2022 was a fascinating event for all our guests, young and old. The concept Ina came up with, her competence and her passion for detail have contributed to the lasting effect of this event on our TEAM.

Working with Ina was a great asset for the Open Space Domshof 2021 and its team. With her realistic and pragmatic approach, she structured the project during the planning phase and coordinated it during the construction phase. Ina expertly managed the operation phase with an extraordinarily diverse program over a period of 13 weeks. The collaboration with the many involved trades, with the students and teachers of the University of the Arts, with the offices and authorities in Bremen, was a really extreme challenge: 85 concerts, exhibitions, performances, and much more, over 500 contributors, about 40,000 guests and 40 market vendors had to be coordinated. There were many uncertainties, which Ina managed to handle with a cool head even during stressful phases. The financial handling was carried out by Ina Jäger to the complete satisfaction of all those involved in this complex project.

Working with Ina was collegial, intensive, professional, and always goal-oriented. The arrangements, coordination of the project, distribution of tasks as well as guidance of the employees went smoothly. Once discussed, and things took their course. Initiative, responsible handling, and the willingness to always add an extra boost of energy were impressive. Likeable, committed, in a good mood, and absolutely recommendable.
